If you have visited the area, you couldn’t have missed the new hospital under construction at the corner of SR 54 and Little Road. It’s the talk of the town as construction nears completion and the move from their current location to this one is being coordinated down to the last detail. The move is scheduled to take place in November, and as the saying goes, only time will tell. The Trinity community will welcome them with open arms!

It is so much fun to see the sun shine, the temperature rise and wind subside…everywhere you look people are out and about and enjoying all kinds of recreation. The trail at the Suncoast Parkway is filled with bikers and joggers, the course at Fox Hollow Golf Club is packed, the YMCA’s parking lot is overflowing and kids on new bikes and scooters are back and forth to their neighborhood park. Why would we live anywhere else!

Just took my first tour of Arthur Rutenberg’s new model home, the Seville. It definitely got a “wow” from me the minute I walked through the front door. The floorplan is open and airy with a certain charm that will surely appeal to families of all sizes. With the creative layout upstairs you will see what I mean!
